Enhancing your Indah Day Spa experience
To ensure you get the most out of your visit to Indah Day Spa, we’ve put together a few tips to help you fully relax and enjoy your time with us.
By following our recommended tips, you enhance not only your comfort but also the overall effectiveness of our premium treatments. These practices help you relax more deeply, maximise the benefits of your treatments, and extend the sense of renewal and restoration long after your visit.
Hydrate and Eat Light
Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment. Enjoy a light meal or snack beforehand to avoid feeling hungry or overly full.
Dress Comfortably
Wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to change in and out of.
Arrive Early
Arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms. Use this time to relax and immerse yourself in our luxurious environment.
Take a Moment Before You Enter
Give yourself permission to unwind, even if it’s just in the car park. Inform anyone who needs to know that you’ll be unavailable for a while. Turn off your mobile device and other distractions. Take 6 deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, and feel proud for prioritising yourself.
Communicate Your Preferences
Let our expert therapists know your needs and expectations during your initial consultation. Specify your preferred pressure for massages and any other preferences.
Practice Deep Breathing
During your treatment, focus on your breathing. Be grateful for any thoughts that arise but gently push them aside. Breathe slowly in through your nose, hold briefly, and exhale through your mouth. Repeat this to deepen your relaxation.
Communicate During Treatment
Feel free to give feedback to your therapist about comfort levels and any adjustments you need. Your comfort is our priority.
Allow Time to Relax Afterwards
Spend a few moments in our relaxation lounge before leaving. Reflect on how you feel and consider ways to incorporate relaxation into your daily routine.
Reward Yourself for Taking Time Out
Recognise the importance of self-care. Treat yourself to something special, whether it's a favourite snack, a quiet evening, or a small gift.
Follow Post-Treatment Advice
Adhere to any aftercare instructions given by your therapist. Continue to hydrate, avoid strenuous activities, and steer clear of social media or negative emotional triggers for as long as possible after your experience.
