What are the shipping costs and times?

 

Shipping within Australia using Australia Post

 - $10 standard postage

 - $15 express postage

 

ORDERS OVER $100 FREE SHIPPING (standard post) - please note, if gift vouchers or any other coupons are used the shipping cost will be charged if the final order is over $100. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping on express orders.

 

Any orders received before 4 pm Western Australia time will be shipped on the same business day. Any orders received after 4 pm will be shipped on the next business day. 

 

Standard postage - approximately 4-5 business days (allow 6-7 if shipping to a regional area)

Express postage - approximately 2-3 business days (allow 4-5 if shipping regional area)

Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Indah Organics or Australia Post.

 

 

Once you have completed the order process an email will be sent to your email address. If you have not received this email please ensure the purchasing process has been completed.

 

Indah Organics is not responsible for an order once it has been lodged with Australia Post.  On the odd occasion, a parcel can be missed or lost please so notify us if you have not received your parcel within 3 weeks from the purchase date.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Unfortunately, at this stage, Indah Organics do not post Internationally.

 

What are your return policies?

 

Indah Organics is happy to give you a store credit on all products returned to us within 7 working days of your purchase date as long as the products have not been opened or the packaging tampered with.  All items must be returned in a padded post bag or box and must be sealed.

 

A refund will be issued if the product is faulty or not the product that had been originally purchased.

Please contact us within 2 working days if you have received a faulty or incorrect order. We will be in contact with you to discuss.

 

What if I have a reaction to a product?

If you have had a reaction to an ingredient in the past, please read our product ingredient list thoroughly before purchasing any products. If you purchase a product and have a reaction please contact us immediately.

Indah Organics is not liable to replace or refund any products if the user has a reaction to an ingredient. However, we are so happy to help you get to the bottom of what it may be you are reacting to and give you our professional advice.
